FCFP Pre-Game Inspection: Dec. 28 at Express

1. Welcome to London 

The Lightning acquired the rights to point guard Alex Johnson from the Windsor Express earlier this week for cash and future considerations. Shortly after, the Lightning signed Johnson for the remainder of the season. This transaction will give the Lightning another point guard to help carry the load along with Xavier Moon. The Lightning released Darlington Osazuwa in the process.

Johnson is excited to get his season started with the Lightning. "London has always been a great group of guys who put it all on the line to win a championship and let's just say coming to this London team has been long overdue. I'm ready to help in any way to add to London's winning ways." 

2. Bouncing Back

After a quick holiday break, the Lightning are set to take on the Windsor Express for the first time in Windsor this season. After dropping a pair of loses the weekend before Christmas, the Lightning are looking to bounce back and get into the win column.

3. Previous Match 

The last time these two teams faced each other was back on December 6, 2018. The Lightning squeaked out a 99-98 win over the Express. Mo Bolden had a season high 28 points and 15 rebounds in the win. Highlights can be seen below:
