FCFP Pre-Game Inspection: Jan. 6 vs Five

1. Here Comes Sudbury

The London Lightning and Sudbury Five will be playing their third game between each other in the last seven days. The Lightning defeated the Five 105-103 in the first game of their mini Best-of-Three series. Later in the week, the Lightning once again travelled to Sudbury to play the Five. The Lightning came up just shy, dropping the game 129-124. Now the deciding game is this afternoon. The Five make their first ever appearance to Budweiser Gardens.

2. Gotta Get Those Gaines

AJ Gaines had a monster performance in the Lightning's latest match. Gaines managed to score 26 points while coming off the bench and playing 31 minutes. Gaines would go on to add two rebounds and assists and getting one steal during the game.

3. Previous Match 

Like mentioned before, this will be the third meeting between these two teams. The latest game comes on Friday where the Lightning came up just shy, losing 129-124. AJ Gaines and Marvell Waithe lead the way offensively with 26 and 23 points respectively. Highlights can be seen below:
