To access your tickets, you will need to sign up for Account Manager on your mobile device using the email address on file with the London Lightning. From there you can either download your tickets to your mobile wallet or simply pull them up in Account Manager for scanning on the night of the game.

Please Note – You must use Account Manager to access your season tickets. They will not be available in the TM app or on TM.ca.

One thing we encountered a lot of was people thinking their tickets weren’t valid once in their wallet because they have no barcode. It uses tap technology like their debit or credit card. It should have the little symbol with four lines on the ticket.
